- Should have good knowledge of online bidding on portals (Freelancer, Elance, and Upwork).
- Must have experience working as a BA interfacing with technical teams.
- Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design and working among development teams.
- Should have good working knowledge of SRS and other documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to ask the “right questions”; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Ability work under extremely pressured condition and produce required result.
- Result driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good with Proposal making.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, posses a good attitude and be self-discipline.
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
- Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
- Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
- Partners with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
- Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.
